Process

Vitreous enamel is an ancient technique of fusing glass to metal, which makes for endless design opportunities in form and color. First the metal is hand cut and shaped, and then layers of glass are added and fired in the kiln. Then the enamelled piece is cleaned and sanded to the desired finish. Finally a custom setting is handmade using traditional metalworking techniques,  and then finished to create a unique and durable artwork.
